Services For Artists & Leisure Painters
As a
self publishing artist myself, I know how important it
is to be able to order a variety of products for resale featuring your own
artwork at a reasonable price, in small quantities – after all, 100 cards or
prints are no good to anyone who just wants to ‘test the water’. This is why I
offer fellow artists, whether amateur or professional, the very same ideals I
have searched for in the past -

products in smaller quantities which are customised to meet your individual
needs and changing requirements, with one-to-one personal and knowledgeable
service at all times.
Greeting Cards
Folded cards are produced on 300gsm
smooth white matt card and include quality white envelopes, sealed within a
protective bag.
Cards can be supplied blank or with any inner text you select at
no extra charge. Card backs can be printed with your name,
full contact details
and image title at no extra cost. Images on cards are surrounded by a white
border. 5 Packs of 3U cards
are supplied within a ready-to-hang pack. * A

Key Rings
Key Rings are
made from acrylic, the image size being 35 x 45mm. Key rings are supplied within
individual sealed bags.
You have the option of the image on both sides, or on a
single side with your own text on the reverse.

Notelets
Notelets are printed onto 80gsm A4
paper, double folded and supplied complete with quality white envelopes.
Packs
of 6 are supplied in a ready-to-hang pack and quantities of 12 are supplied in a
box. Notelet images are borderless.

Giclee Prints
Giclee prints
are produced using Epson’s 7 colour archival UltraChrome pigment inks renowned
for their superb light fastness and printed onto Epson Archival Matte Paper.
Colour-matching to the original is paramount and so it is recommended that the
original artwork be made available for scanning for accurate reproduction. There
is a one-off Scanning & Colour Matching Charge of £25 per image for Giclee
prints. Once scanned, further copies can then be produced from the saved digital
‘master’ and be charged at the unit rate below.
When deciding upon size required, please allow for a border of at least 2cm to
allow for mounting. Bottom border should be wider to allow for image title.

Supply of Artwork
Images can be
supplied by email or on a disc in Jpeg or Tiff format. They must have a minimum
resolution of
300dpi and must
be PC compatible. If you are unable to supply digital images, I
can scan supplied original artwork myself. There is a one-off Scanning Charge of
£ 7.50 per image for this service.
Once scanned, your image will be saved securely to enable prompt creation of
other products, if required, and speedy completion of future orders.

Please note:
Colour matching to original artwork cannot be guaranteed in cases where digital
files are supplied and therefore original artwork is not scanned.
Image Cropping
Cropping of
images is often required for the production of folded cards, postcards, notelets,
keyrings and fridge magnets in order for the image to match the product
dimensions. If cropping of images is not possible or desirable, additional
border width will be added.
Postage:
All postage
costs incurred in relation to an order (including supply of proofs and return of images/artwork) are charged at cost based on current Royal Mail
rates at time of ordering. Postage charges will be added to your final invoice.

* A one-off set
up charge of £ 5.00 applies per image for each product type. Once the initial
set up is complete, a template is then saved and re-orders are charged at the
unit rate from the price lists shown overleaf.

Images
supplied for reproduction are saved securely in electronic format for the purpose of completing any future orders, unless you request otherwise.
Your copyright is respected at all times and as such, any images supplied
are used soley for the production of any orders you place.
By placing an order you give me the right to reproduce your copyrighted images exclusively for the creation and production of your order.
